Billy Wayne Parker, 92 of Searcy, Arkansas formerly of Kennett died August 7, 2021 at Unity Health in Searcy, Arkansas. Billy was born November 17, 1928 to the late Felix and Mary (Spry) Parker in Bucoda, Missouri "raised by Aunt Lessie." Billy served in the United State Navy and was a member of The College Church of Christ in Searcy, Arkansas.

Billy is survived by his son: Stephen (Pam) Parker of Paragould, Arkansas

Two Daughters: Cheryl (Stan) Little of Flippin, Arkansas

Pam (Allen) Frazier of Searcy, Arkansas

Eight grandchildren and Ten Great Grandchildren

Billy is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Anna (Burcham) Parker, one son Steven Wayne Parker, two brothers Jack and Vernon and two sisters.

Services will be 1:30 Tuesday, August 10 in the McDaniel Chapel with Pastor Stan Little officiating, burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Tuesday 12:00 until service time. Honored to serve as pallbearers:  Jordan, Braden, Shane, Darin, Shawn, Cameron and Ryken Little.
