Billy Don Callahan, son of Joe Callahan and the late Lady Johnson Callahan, was born March 02, 1960 in Kennett, Missouri and passed away January 04, 2024, at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas at the age of 63 years.

Bill was a man whose laughter was infectious and intelligence undeniable.  His legacy is one woven with the threads of humor, wisdom, and a profound passion for cars.  His kind and generous spirit lit up every room he walked into.

Born March 02, 1960, Bill's knack for being a daredevil and fixing things was evident from an early age.  He turned his childhood curiosity into a lifelong skill, becoming a revered mechanic in our community and working with his father, Joe Callahan in his body shop, and helping run his wrecker service.

Bill's approach to life was hands-on as his work under the hood of a car.  Beyond his mastery with engines and his quick wit, Bill's joy and humor was infectious, leaving smiles on faces and warmth in hearts wherever he went.

One brother Joey Callahan of Poplar Bluff, MO

One sister:  Jeri (Tim) Martin of Van Buren, MO

He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lady Callahan.

Graveside service will be Sunday, January 07, 2024, 2:00 P.M. at Lulu Cemetery with Rev. Doug Clinton officiating.

Burial will be in the Lulu Cemetery.
