Andrew Charles Beach passed away on November 28, 2024, at the age of 59. Andy was born on September 20, 1965, in Springfield, Missouri. He was the son of Charles and Joyce Beach.

He graduated from Parkview High School in Springfield in 1983 after which he went on to pursue his interest in the medical field. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Drury University in 1987, his Master of Science in Toxicology from Oklahoma State University in 1989, his PhD in Toxicology from the University of Kentucky in 1993, and his Medical Doctorate from the University of Kentucky in 1997.

Following the completion of his education, Dr. Beach founded Kennett Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine on July 10, 2000. Upon the closure of the community's hospital in 2018, Dr. Beach continued his passionate advocacy for his rural community, expanding his efforts to serve patients in the surrounding area. The care and assistance that he and those he worked closely with were able to show to each of their patients was one of his greatest accomplishments in life.

Dr. Beach was known for his unwavering dedication to his patients and the comfort he provided in some of the hardest moments of their lives. Happy to take the time to console a concerned parent, search for answers, and check in on those he served. He will be remembered for the kindness, expertise, humor, and compassion that allowed him to connect with everyone that knew him.

Dr. Beach was not only an incredible medical professional, but he was also a beloved father and grandfather. He is survived by daughters Jordan McQuay (Brooke) of Las Vegas, Olivia and Sophia Beach of San Diego, as well as his grandchildren Amelia and Bjorn McQuay. Dr. Beach took every opportunity to share how proud he was of his girls. Watching them grow, learn, and experience all that life has to offer was his greatest joy. He cherished the connections he had with his daughters and will be remembered for his unconditional love, support, and encouragement.

Dr. Beach was a dedicated father, doctor, mentor, and friend. He will be greatly missed by his loved ones and the community he served.

A memorial Service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, December 14 at McDaniel Chapel in Kennett. Visitation will be 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM at McDaniel Chapel in Kennett with Ricky Williams officiating.
