Alvin Louis Haywood, son of the late Joseph Eakins Haywood and Easter (Brown) Haywood was born January 29, 1942 in Kennett, Missouri and departed this life on April 26, 2021 at the age of 79 years, 2 months and 28 days. Alvin married Mary Ann Taylor September 9, 1979 in Kennett, Missouri.

His wife: Mary Ann Haywood of Kennett, Missouri

Brother: Rowe Haywood of Maryland

Three grandchildren and five great grandchildren

Alvin was preceded in death by his brother: Floyd Haywood and two sons: Anthony Taylor and James Edward Taylor.

Alvin was of Kennett, Missouri and served his country in the United States Army. Alvin had been a Foreman at Emerson Electric in Kennett, Missouri.

Visitation will be 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Missouri. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett, Missouri. Mr. Spencer Furby officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri. Brethren of Slicer Street Church of Christ will serve as pallbearers.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Missouri will be in charge of the arrangements.
