Allan A. Reed, son of the late Charles Avery Reed and Nancy Gertrude (Wayne) Thompson, was born June 3, 1952 in Kennett, Missouri and departed this life on July 1, 2023 at the age of 71 years. Allan married Debbie Reed.

Allan was of Kennett and passed away at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.

Three brothers: Skeet Reed of Memphis, Tn.

Butch (Janita) Reed of Caruth

Clifford Wells of Florida

Fifteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren

Allan was preceded in death by his Step Father: Art Thompson, Son: Chad Johnson, brother: Gary Reed and three sisters: Charlene Cochran, Carolyn Foster and Joan Reed.

Visitation will be 12:00 to 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at the McDaniel Funeral Home . Graveside Services will be 1:00 p.m. at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett. Reverend Johnny Bogle officiating.  Honored to serve as pallbearers: Rylee Spencer, Chayse Davidson, Jaxon Snider, Cayden Smothers, Brandon and Tim Reed.  Honorary pallbearers; Ryker Smothers and Daxtyn Newton.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett will be in charge of the arrangements.
