Alice Marie (Kibbe) Cooper, daughter of the late Fate Kibbe and Perice Jane (Mitchell) Kibbe, was born September 8, 1934 in Batesville, Arkansas and departed this life on February 3, 2024 at the age of 89 years.  Alice married William Cooper on April 8, 1993 in Batesville, Ar.

Alice was of Kennett and a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Kennett.

Survivors include:

Her husband: William Cooper of Kennett, Mo.

Three daughters: Belinda Haywood Stohldrier and husband Don of Pensacola Beach, Fl.

Earnestine Haywood Jordan and husband Ben of Richmond, Ky.

Troylene Haywood Floyd and husband Duane of Jackson, Mo.

Brother: Ronnie Carnett and wife Debbie of St. Louis, Mo.

Five grandchldren and eight great grandchildren

Alice was preceded in death by her brother: John Kibbe who passed away in the Korean war.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon  Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at the McDaniel Funeral and Crematory Service in Kennett. Funeral Service will be at 12:00 noon Wednesday, at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett.  Jason Jordan and Rev. Chris Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Honored to serve as pallbearers: John, Josh, Joe and Jason Jordan, Wes Milligan, Don Stohldrier and Ben Jordon. Honorary pallbearers: George Green, Keith, Adam, Dwayne, Camron, Stuart Cooper and Mike Baker.
